Yet again, I have to write another bad review! I hate to do it, but I would like to help others avoid the experience that I had. I was unaware the differences between a version store, and a Verizon authorized retailer. That difference, apparently, is quality in customer service.The store was quite helpful when it came to selling my husband and I a pair of brand new iPhones I had an iPhone 5! So it was time for an upgrade.. , but when it came to actually setting up said devices, they were of little help. The salesperson who assisted us during the trade-in process in July 2022 was distracted and unprofessional, spending more time on her phone than attending to us. She did not explain any of the terms of the agreement, and the only receipt we received was for a phone case and charger. It feels unfair for Verizon to demand payment for a fee that was not disclosed to us properly. I also attempted to resolve this issue by calling Verizon directly and speaking with a supervisor, but the call ended abruptly despite my request to continue the conversation. Unfortunately, to post a comment, we, my father and I, have to give one star and wish we could post a negative. Going to this store today was a total waste of time and energy. The horrible customer service we recieved was uncalled for...this particular employee should not be working in customer service...she might be a better fit working at a debt collection agency. This is not a Verizon store and to advertise that it is, is misleading. The store front should read Russell Cellular not Verizon!! To my surprise, Verizon was demanding a $680 fee due to the cancellation of a trade-in promotion because of my switch. I was never informed about this agreement. The salesperson who assisted me that day was distracted by her phone and provided terrible customer service. She failed to explain this fee to me at all. I believe it is completely unjust for Verizon Wireless to expect me to pay $680 for something that was never properly disclosed or explained. I highly recommend driving to the Hanford store instead. My experience at this location was disappointing, as Raul was unhelpful and very dismissive. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. Being a third-party retailer, their focus seems solely on making money. I suggest sticking to corporate stores, where the staff is much friendlier and more understanding. Additionally, this store was in poor condition compared to the Hanford location—its maintenance was lacking and overall quite disheartening.

This place did not properly advise us on our new phones the trade in agreement from our carry over from cricket to Verizon we had to scramble to get a copy of our last bill/paid to send to Verizon to get the rebate ?? Bunch of LOSERS !!!

Customer service is great this store.There was a small issue when I first open my account but all of it was taken care of.I interacted with three different employees. All three of them were great. Very helpful.
