I had a great dining experience here and would definitely return to try more items from the menu. The menu is straightforward and changes with the seasons, which can be a good thing when done well. I found my pizza to be about 10% saltier than I prefer, and the Chick Orchidee pasta was around 20% saltier than I would have liked. However, aside from these minor seasoning issues, I really appreciated the texture of the Orchidee, and the breadcrumbs were truly delightful. I have been to Vero three times now. Each time I have been, I have had 3 courses and can honestly say i have LOVED eating everything. Frankston finally has an original, attractive, affordable pasta joint. This place ticks all the boxes if you ask me. A special shoutout goes to Kyler, the friendly front-of-house staff member. He was incredibly approachable, professional, and well-informed about the entire menu. It was so refreshing to talk with someone who not only knows the dishes inside and out but also understands the ingredients and where they come from.

We had a really lovely dinner and good time here. We had pasta and pizza here and both were really delicious and maybe the best pasta I have ever had in my life . Wine was absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend this Italian restaurant highly enough! The food was simply delicious, with fantastic flavors. The staff were incredibly lovely and friendly, and the cocktails were divine! I will definitely be returning—thank you for a wonderful evening!
So good here! Everything we ate here was lovely and the waiter and owner were so nice. They gave us some free stuff too which we weren't expecting. Honestly 10/10 coming back. We had a great time. I highly recommend.
