Order placed online for collection at 6:00 p.m. At 6 p.m. doors close, no one answers the phone. 6:30 p.m. someone unfriendly answers the phone saying yes we are closed at 6:00 p.m. we just saw your order. Why offer a collection service to customers from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. if it is not to respect it? Order collected at 6:50 p.m.: not a word of apology or gesture, nothing at all (for an order of €81).
