The meal started with an amuse-bouche featuring a langoustine tartlet, Iberico ham atop an éclair, and pink pineapple. All of these were quite enjoyable, showcasing complex flavors and impressive presentation; they seemed to be staples on the menu and were among the best bites. For the first course, I had the cauliflower panna cotta with caviar. As a caviar lover, I was looking forward to this dish. TASTY!! Our reviews had over 23 million views in 2022. We do not get paid we just love to eat and have fun. We really love Victoria Albert 's. Located on the 2nd floor of the Royal Floridian Resort in Walt Disney World this is the best of the best that Disney has to offer and they made one of the best, if not the best, restaurant in the world. From the moment you arrive to the time you leave the staff, food, room and ambiance are perfect. You are met at the door by Israel Perez, the Proprietor since 2004. You will be escorted to one of only 16 tables. 11 in the main room, 4 in the fireplace room and 1 in the kitchen. Only 40 meals are served per night. You get a choice of 2 menus but really...
Now, moving on to the positives! We had the pleasure of dining at the chef's table, and I must say, the staff was exceptional. From the waitstaff, including Lazar and a lady named Ann, to the kitchen team, everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. Three of the chefs—Gabrielle, Miguel, and Chris—stopped by our table to chat and explain the dishes we were served, which added a lovely personal touch. We truly enjoyed the experience and every dish we tried. I can assure you, no one with a normal appetite will leave feeling hungry. It was a fabulous and unforgettable experience! The decor is stunning, capturing a regal Victorian atmosphere in both the bathroom and dining area. Disney really pays attention to detail and does a fantastic job with it. Without a doubt, I would return again. My wife has some dietary restrictions, and even though her dishes required a few adjustments, everything she received was delicious. The servers were attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, providing us with information about the sourcing and preparation of each dish. The only downside was that I found the food to be a bit salty overall, but my wife thought it was perfectly seasoned. Réservez une table maintenant
When I called to make the reservation I had told them no fish and no lamb no mushrooms or truffle oil. My menu had everything I couldn’t have and they had change everything and my starter had truffle oil and I had a reaction so needless to say whoever gets your info on the phone to make the reservation doesn’t listen and could get someone really hurt. My neck and face the next morning was all swollen and talking hurt a lot. I don’t mind paying almost $1000.00 if they had listened the 1st time but to ignore everything and to have a reaction because they failed on notes is not ok.
It's rare to find a place you can dress in formal attire and enjoy royal service. Friendly staff, excellent and creative cuisine, and an amazingly romantic atmosphere. I appreciate the fact that they customize the meal based on your allergies and personal preferences. The cost is rather high and the dishes are small...but I left full and satisfied after 10 courses. If you plan on going, be prepared for a 3 hour experience. This is not something you rush into and out of.

It’s been awhile since we were here. So happy to see the refresh. It was dated when the first opened, but that was part of its charm. Now it looks gorgeous, can’t seem to get a reservation, but I’ll keep trying. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Réservez une table maintenant
