The recently appointed Manager seems to have hired a lot of family members, whom she seems more interested in chatting with rather than managing the staff. I witnessed her telling an attendant to not worry about focusing on the gaming area, despite there being only one other bar person on duty. It seems like she is not prioritizing the food and drink service, which should be the main focus of a Tavern. I would recommend going to the Sands or the Redland Bay Hotel instead.
We are new to Vic Pt. and stopped in for a quick bite for lunch yesterday. The service and attention to detail from Jessie was outstanding. I asked about the Monty's rewards after reading about it in the dining room. Jessie organised a card in...a flash and applied the appropriate discount although we had already ordered. We eat out regularly and the service Jessie provided is sadly a rarity these days, thank you for an enjoyable experience.
worst service ever , was waiting in line to be served for 10 mins while they ignored me and served other people , refused service to my 20 yr old partner for no reason whatsoever even refused to serve him a glass of coke will...never catch me spending my money there ever again
