After having had a good experience dining in the hotel's restaurant last year, but the service back then was rather marginal, we thought we'd give the restaurant a second chance, also because of the many other good reviews. To anticipate the result: We left after 15 minutes of waiting and trying to contact the staff. On our way back from Croatia we stopped at the Hotel Victoria for a few more days. We were upgraded to the family suite. The rooms are large and have their own small sauna. The small blemishes on the walls could be corrected and the red, thin curtains on the windows (room was on the ground floor by the pool) could be improved by opaque, thicker curtains. The parents ' bed was very high and the mattresses were much too soft for our taste. Just had a week's holiday at hotel Victoria. superrr!! ! Reception very friendly by owner Johannes, nice size, room was great, large bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and 2 sinks, balcony. And everything very clean. We had only booked breakfast which was very extensive, but ate a number of times in the hotel in the evening, which was very good, staff super friendly and helpful.
