I order delivery regularly from them for 5 years now. Always very good. Few days ago, i was upset with my food. There were few chicken pieces in one & 6 pieces of shrimps for $13 in the other. What bother me also are the sauces who were watery. Surprising because in szechuan cuisine the sauces should be thickened with corn starch. New chef perhaps! I don't order from other many Chinese restaurants around because they all do colored water. The next thing is spiciness. It was practically absent, despite asking for very spicy. I am used to it. But the food is fresh & the delivery man very polite, contrary to others who are intimidating you for more tips. Growing nuisance here in the Montreal so...
I had passed by this restaurant many times without giving it a second thought. Finally, I decided to visit after reading the reviews, and I am so happy I did! It was completely different than what I expected. The place was very clean, had good music, and the waitress was lovely. My friend and I started with the calamari appetizer, which was amazing! It was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The soups were delicious, as was the main course of tofu with peanut butter sauce and crispy spinach. The portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning!
Ce restaurant nous a été recommandé par des amis. Nous y sommes allés pour le midi. Prix très raisonnables (sous les 10.00 incluant soupe). La nourriture était excellente et le service a été fait par un asiatique avec beaucoup d'humour et d'entregent. On y apporte son vin, ce qui est un plus. Il fait un peu sombre dans le resto mais cela n'enlève pas le fait que l'on y mange bien. Cependant ce n'est pas un resto pour une romance. Je vais quand même y retourner.
My wife and I went to this restaurant in our neighbourhod recently and we were quite impressed. We ordered General Tao and Chicken Curry and both dishes were excellent. The chicken was fresh and prepared to perfection. The servings were generous and the service was very friendly and helpful. A definite recommendation for Asian food in the Greenfield Park area. Nous nous sommes rendu à ce restaurant parce que celui que nous avions choisi était fermé. Nous ne l'avons pas regretté car le menu était élaboré et fantastique. Nous étions 6 personnes et nous avons tous aimé le service, la nourriture et l'ambiance du resto. Nous y retournerons surement mais cette fois, nous réserverons à l'avance
I ordered Pad Thai from the lunch menu, which was served with wonton soup and a spring roll. Oh, so good! Very reasonably priced, a generous serving, and with efficient, friendly table service. My daughter was very pleased with the General Tao. We hope to go back soon and try the rest of the menu.
