Victors have changed it is more like a tapas style restaurant where dishes arrive at different time. Just very unorganised some people in the party received their food 30 minutes after the rest of the party had finished. Waitress was nice and very pleasant but the kitchen were unable to accommodate any slight change to a dish. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.
Terrible. The service was none existent despite a £20 service charge on a table of 4. We had to chase up missing orders, send food back and it was generally a bad experience. Also a bad crowd at the bar area. Other than how nice it looks, there is nothing good to say and we could not recommend it.
Very good food and service was great too. Seating could have been a little better. We were given a table off to the rear side. in the way of staff who were using the tills. Rest of the restaurant looked a little cramp, but other than that is was really great and will definitely be coming back.
The service was extremely slow! We had to ask 3 different waiters just for some water! They expect us to leave within 2 hours so they need to speed up their service in order for us to do that! The food was nice that's the only reason they redeemed themselves and the setting. Réservez une table maintenant
Got on the tram from the city to altrincham for 40 mins and walked 20 mins and it was well worth it. Food is great, staff is friendly and decoration of the restaurant is beautiful. Official one of my favourite restaurants and I will be back again.
Normally the menu is on the expensive side, although the food is first class, but on this occasion there was a January half price offer on which made it superb value.
The lighting needs looking at, far too dark where we was sat we had to use the torches on our phones to see what we were eating. Don't like it and I won't be back.
Really enjoyable visit with the wife to celebrate her getting a new job. Food was great and setting was just what we wanted! Réservez une table maintenant
