I'm a regular customer at the Gutenbergplatz Brückencenter branches. The employees are super : friendly, quiet even if the shop is full (even at breakfast time) the clientele is impatiently unrestrained. Whoever works in the service sector knows that the latter increases. We don't have to talk about quality. It's just the best bread in the area. You taste that Vielhaber has a high claim. I guess that not everything is always in stock, but that if you want to have a certain bread you have to preorder. This underlines the quality and value of the products: here no mass goods are produced, which is on the shelf until 5 pm and is then thrown away.
This bakery was great before Corona. Now unfortunately dirty tables and floors. Also the counter doesn't look very inviting. At noon hardly any assortment is there and distributed on dirty sheets. Moreover, prices have risen quite well. The breakfast corner and the Barista corner do not look beautiful. And when the sliding door opens at the back, unfortunately, it looks sloppy. That was different. Very bad.
We always buy our rolls here on Sundays. Giant selection of delicious rolls and other baked goods. Sellers are friendly. What annoys are the breakfasts in the store. Because a saleswoman is busy with this for a long time, there are often too long queues.
The rolls are very tasty, but the price is very harmless. I paid €18.90 for three sandwiched cheeses. Pro rolls with bare content 6.30€. I think very expensive!
