I and my friend often cross the whole Germany from polen to france (from frankfurt nad odra slubice to belfort.) during this one day trip we like to have some stops in different cities, at least one for lunch or one for dinner. this time we decided to visit a restaurant in the city of emmendingen (nordosten von freiburg). thanks to tripadvisor we decided to ot the best rated restaurants (and still affordable) and then the choice was farharmony . on this Sunday evening there were many parked cars in the old town of emmendingen, where the restaurant is located. we were there for a invite from our cousins, we were surprised how good the rest is. because there was a beacon a few years ago, which served only flesh and deculent dish (heavy calorie but in the inestimacy there is a lot. chic and well presented dishes from local products. the basket is small, but they are sure to get good food. also good normal webshop of the tehe region. during a visit in this city we enjoyed a very good evening meal here. service was friendly (the art where you are welcomed by handshake) and efficient. eating was delicious. the appetizer had plenty of choices and was presented beautifully. I followed. it was very tasty with the stone mushroom ravioli I ordered and the distinctive taste of the mushrooms was well preserved. my friend found her main dish a little disappointing, especially the crows (roast potatoes without speck and wobble, but they were not particularly beautiful roasted.) the selection of local weine for dinner was nice.

This bright and simply decorated restaurant in the middle of Emmendingen, with its excellent staff, was a lovely place to be taken out for lunch. All the food was good and there were sufficient dishes to choose from but not an overwhelming menu. My ravioli...was delicious and everything else looked wonderful. I would certainly recommend the restaurant and it was the favourite place of our hosts who live in Emmendingen.
