There was 12 of us for dinner and the place was very friendly in accommodating us. I rang in the morning and advised they were full - so booked for a different day. Got a call back 4 hours later telling me they had a cancellation and can now fit us in! Brilliant service to start with. The place is a little tricky to find but once you are there it has a nice atmosphere to it. Service is very friendly and helpful - be aware there are no english menu. Would definitely recommend this place - menu is fantastic. Chose the goats cheese salad as my main and smoked salmon as a started. My colleague had the Schnitzel and it was massive and he said it was one of the best he had!
Je recommande vivement ce restaurant. Nous sommes allés déjeuner où le spécial du déjeuner comprend une petite soupe ou un dessert. Nous avons eu les raviolis Steinpilz qui étaient excellents, une belle sauce légère avec des légumes et une bonne portion de pâtes. Le service était sympathique. Je reviendrais certainement dans ce restaurant ... encore une fois, car il est situé au centre de l'hôtel Frühling sur la Bankplatz, et le service et le calibre de la nourriture sont excellents
Vielharmonie est un restaurant moderne au cœur de Brunswick. En été, vous pouvez vous asseoir dehors, ce qui est très agréable. La nourriture a l'air bonne et a bon goût aussi: j'ai eu le risotto aux asperges avec du pudding de pois et j'étais très content de mon choix ... Seule la taille des portions pourrait être un peu plus grande pour le prix du plat. Le service était sympathique et rapide, rien à redire sur cette partie
This place is one of my Braunschweig favorites... Good selection and quality for dinner, never had lunch; fresh beer of the tap and awesome gin (cocktail) selection;Very friendly staff that is open to adjust menu items to fit your diet.Recommended for sole travellers, smaller and larger Groups. Also I haven't, I would also take my spouse and Kids there if they were in Braunschweig.

We were here multiple times during our five-day stay, because we love the bar so much. Plus Corby the owner/bartender and his amazing Gin cocktails of which there were many inventive choices. We enjoyed fabulous drinks we had never even dreamed of before. Her fav was rose petals with Hendricks, enhanced by cucumber. Mine was the physalis -- incredible!
Restaurant is located within the city centre and is quite lively even during the week. Food even though little pricey, serves you with some authentic German food. Quantities could have been little bit more German though :)Overall nice experience especially when you wanna sit and chit chat over a meal and then sipping some coffee or wine later
During my last job trip, I have eaten 2 times in this restaurant. Typical German meals, but the presentations of the plates were great and the quality of the food as well. The waitresses were very kind and available to satisfy the demands of the customers.The restaurant is like a pub, but the quality is very high!I was been very happy!!
Nous avons mangé ici lors de votre séjour à l'hôtel Fruhlings. Le personnel était très serviable pour expliquer le menu en raison de notre manque d'allemand. La nourriture et le vin étaient très bons. Le pain avec la crème fraîchechivesdill était excellent

Pleasant restaurant, standard meals. Not something special, or traditional. The interior is not very cozy,especially if your table is in one of the 'extra' rooms. Their gin lists though....
Outside seating under trees on the Bankplatz was very enjoyable. The menu is a mix of German and international cuisine; the German items seemed to be more tasty. The service was uneven.
