The Mr I were looking for a nice restaurant to meet up with the fam for my Brother In Law's birthday celebration Flair Parkhotel Weiskirchen was equal driving distance for us all Starters included the Cream of White Tomato Soup really! This was a white tomato soup and I have never heard of a white tomato The soup was very creamy and the tomato flavor was mild a pleasant starter Others had the Dandelion Greens salad loved how the bitter greens paired so well with the sweet dressing Entrees included halibut for Mother In Law arrived in a bamboo steamer which saw all the hollandaise sauce go right through maybe she should have taken the fish out of the steamer? We were eating there on 1 Christmas day with a big group. It became a 4 course menu offerings with very unusual dishes. The food was not seasoned until at all. We were there three times, and this time it was so bad I don't know if we're going to go again. For the price of 49 euros per menu we expected something else. We've all been hungry. Even the children's carving was not completely fried and the order Ketchup and the Mayonaise for the children were only brought to demand again. The service staff was very friendly and can't do anything for the bad kitchen.

We were there with 6 people last night and have eaten and drunk. However, our service was unfriendly, unprofessional and we have given her several hints. Without success. She was completely under stress and electricity, she banged us the glasses and plates in front of the noses and spoke in 3 words. Had Oktoberfeststyle. From top category far away. Very bad.

First class kitchen with a harmonious composition of the components in the 4-course menu. There were some new things to discover. Unfortunately, the ambience was disturbed by Dutch guests without manners and their children without behavior.

Erstklassige Küche mit einer harmonischen Zusammenstellung der Komponenten im 4-Gang-Menü. Da gab es einiges Neues zu entdecken.Leider wurde das Ambiente durch holländische Gäste ohne Manieren und deren Kinder ohne Benehmen gestört.

very nice hotel with restaurant and swimming pool incl. sauna. the price-performance ratio has also been fit. the hotel is also very nicely located on the edge of the village with lake. there is also a mini golf course very close.
