Dans un coin gênant de la Guerre de la nourriture, ils peuvent être récompensés qu'ils passaient directement sur les vices ou supposent que ce n'est qu'une autre course du moulin Banh Mi se tenait. de Douleur Je viens hebdomadaire pour la salade de nouilles combinée (numéro 1 dans le menu), qui n'a jamais déçu. Après avoir essayé la salade de nouilles de chaque crédible fournisseur de Sydney, je peux dire que la salade de pâtes porte ici avec les meilleurs d'entre eux dans le TOE (à mon avis, Phu Quoc est à Cabramatta). Set in an awkward corner of The Passage food court, you could be forgiven for walking straight past Viet Bowl or assuming that it is just another run of the mill banh mi stand.<br/ <br/ I come here weekly for the combination noodle salad (number 1 on the menu) which never disappoints. Having tried the noodle salad of every credible Sydney purveyor, i can say that the noodle salad here stands toe to toe with the best of them (which in my view is Phu Quoc in Cabramatta). The spring rolls are crispy and plentiful. The bbq pork is smoky and tasty. Located in The Passage with entrances from both Castlereagh and Pitt Streets, it is part of a small food court in here. They’ve got a pretty good operation going with the friendly lady taking orders and money with one manning the front food station and efficiently making each order with the third person helping out. <br/ <br/ Eyeing off the menu board, it was a warm day so went with a Vermicelli Salad Bowl. Vermicelli Combination 1 (grilled pork, 1 chicken spring roll and pork sausage) was calling my name. Habituellement très bon, mais terrible service terrible de gars dans un pull à capuche noir. Flocons votre changement sur le comptoir, frotte son nez sur la nourriture, aucun intérêt pour vous parler, écrit simplement votre nourriture sur vous, sans vous demander si sa collation et c'est, la sauce chili vous empaille dans votre visage ... juste grossier.
