I ordered a $12 salad and, feeling quite hungry, took a bite only to discover it was missing two ingredients listed on their menu. When I inquired about it, the staff informed me that they wouldn’t be removing the charge from my bill. The server didn’t mention that they were out of certain ingredients, yet they still expected me to pay for the salad. How does that make sense? What kind of business operates like this? If you're out of items, why serve them to customers without informing them? It's quite deceptive. We ordered a burger Sat night 3 times. First time the bread was so charred beyond eating. Second time we sat and waited 30 mins on the waitress to bring us some mayo which she never did. Once we got her attention and stressed how we weren’t going to pay for the burger she then sent the owner/ security over. He then went and got a third burger, again no mayo. When we finally got his attention to request some mayo another 10-20 mins had elapsed. It was then he alerted us there were no mayo available in the restaurant. I felt that was important info to know when ordering a burger. Somebody had to know there weren’t any mayo available that night. If they had told us we would’ve ordered something...
I love the vibe . I had a blast , happy hour was a vibe not too packed , came in and got seated instantly. Good food I had the lamb chops and macaroni . My bestfriend had the shrimp pasta . I also ordered a hookah it was smooth nice pull up no headache . My waitress name was Dee . Very sweet , I left my food on the table rushing out . The manager Mercer was very helpful exceptional customer service. I explained to him I left my food rushing out he was very polite and got my food remade for me . 10/10 ! The vibes are there but the service is lacking. Our server was very nice and doing the best she could all of the employees were really nice it was just slow but we got our food and hookah all at once. The shot girl had $5 shots but they are NOT worth the money taste good but tiny. The food was really good, however my wings were cold but luckily for them I was hungry. Everyone else in my party said food was good and hot. Order drinks at the bar it’s faster. DJ was great on a Saturday night.

I called every number I could find, yet no one responded. After about 20 minutes of waiting and trying to figure out if they were just opening a bit late, we decided to go elsewhere for dinner, which turned out to be nowhere near as exciting as all-you-can-eat crab legs.
My team and I were extremely disappointed. We wasted our time, parking fees, and gas money trying to visit this restaurant. It’s very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Please get it together.
First time there...and I was told so much about how good the food was and of course I was in the mood for a burger... probably not the best choice. But the atmosphere was great, I love places like this where you aren't pressed about the wait time because you're having such a good time. Our server was great! Yeah I'll definitely go again.
We went out with friends recently in the city and had the worst food experience. The food came out in plastic containers, with plastic cutlery and was terrible. And my salad which I asked to have steak added to up charged me like $15 for tough chuck meat. ?? Two of our party had to get their meals comped.
The vibes were very chill but then again I came in on a Friday early like before 8 towards the first of the month.The lobster bites were A1 and ordered 2 of them. Also enjoyed my drink The Vixen.I would come back but for the same really vibe at the bar
