We love this Vigilucci’s Carlsbad location. The service and food is always very good. Tonight we had the Spaghetti with Meatbslls, excellent. The second dish was Spaghetti Portofino, not so good. The sauce was so overcooked it was brown. The dish was the flavor of burnt mushrooms and the shellfish was not good, even the Scallop was off. We did not complain and decided to take home to try it the next day. It was not good and we tossed it out.
While the food was just ok, the service,location and the ambiance were on point. Our waiter Ramin took such great care of us, I would like to point that out. When my husband didn’t like his Old Fashion, he immediately fixed it. So friendly, welcoming, professional! And the most beautiful : . Thank you, Ramin! Pasta was way over sauced and my fish platter was overcooked and salty. We didn’t complain. We just won’t return.
Nous avons eu un excellent déjeuner à Wa Jeal. Commençant par des crêpes à l'oignon de printemps (délicieux) et se terminant par du poulet et du brocoli (encore délicieux), le menu du déjeuner (riz, plat principal et soupe) était très bon marché et délicieux. L'environnement est magnifique - murs en briques et jolies décorations et le service excellent. Hautement recommandé!!
This Italian restaurant is a gem with excellent service, a pleasant ambiance, and delicious food. I thoroughly enjoyed my fish entree, while my partner's steak was cooked to perfection. The server was attentive and went above and beyond to assist us. It's a great spot to impress business clients and out-of-town visitors. Réservez une table maintenant
True 5 star experience. House made pasta was tasty with a rich cream sauce. Scallops were tender and prepared to perfection. I made a mistake failing to order a specialty oxtail opting instead for a classic Old Fashioned. It was only average, which is still a good night!
