I usually consider myself a patient and reasonable person, reluctant to speak negatively about a business based on a single experience. However, I can no longer suppress my frustration and disappointment regarding my wedding, which took place a year and a half ago. Frungillo Caterers truly ruined our big day.

On the day of the event, there was no valet parking available when we arrived. Our party was set to start at 2 PM, but the cocktail setup was not ready as guests arrived. Although we paid a maître d' fee, there was no one present to assist with organizing the event or to properly greet our guests. I ended up having to manage everything myself, adding unnecessary stress to a special day.
The cocktail hour displays were cluttered onto a single table, with individual plates stacked together. The hors d'oeuvres were served by one waitress who offered a very limited amount of food. Me and my fiancé drove 4 hours to visit this place for our post destination wedding family gathering for relatives cannot join.We met the owner and got promised that he will get back to us in 2 days with the menu options and the price. After a week, I emailed him to remind we are still waiting to hear from him, and another week after I called, left messages to his very rude assistant. They never get back to us, even for a curtesy call back.Well, I am kind of glad that we happen to figure what kind of a business they are running and never get to hire them for a such a special day!I think they shouldn't run business in USA, and never plan someone else's special day.I never recommend such a pla...
I attended a dinner dance there this weekend with over 300 guests, and I was very disappointed with the service. There was no water on the tables, and it was never refilled throughout the night, despite multiple requests to the staff. The food was subpar, and the service was even worse. It often took a long time for the buffet to be replenished, leaving many guests without some of the food items. The only positive aspect of the evening was the valet parking service.
I hosted my wedding reception here when it was still called The Villa, and I've also attended a few fundraisers since it has been renamed The Mansion. In terms of banquet halls, the food is quite good, the venue is clean, and the facilities are nicely decorated. The management was easy to collaborate with, and the staff were very accommodating.
In retrospect, I’m relieved that we discovered the way they conduct business before hiring them for such a special occasion. I don't believe they should be in business in the U.S. or be responsible for organizing someone else's important day. I would never recommend this place or its staff to anyone!
