The villa, is wheelchair accessible and has plenty of room for wheelchairs of all shapes and sizes to get in and out and throughout the store. There was also wheelchair accessible seating. Huge selection of pastries, and At sort of reasonable price. I purchased 7 things (2 dolci, 1 raspberry jam cookie, 1 chocolate mousse mouse, 1 raspberry rollini, 1 vanilla pusty, and 1 raspberry cupcake) and among those items the cupcake was the prize, the chocolate mouse mousse came in second and the dolci were different but good. I have been buying cakes here for years. This year for my mother’s 70th birthday I asked for the cake to have extra flowers because that’s her favorite part. Cake had 3 flowers which is less than when I haven’t specified in the past. I was told that different decorators have different styles and ideas . I paid 55$ for a small cake… I expected what I asked for or should have been told they would not do it. Called and was told a manager would call back, no call. Sent an email with pics, no response . I will not be returning and neither will the rest of my family due to poor customer service .

We absolutely adore this place! They crafted a stunning cake with pineapple bits blended into the whipped frosting layers, and it had just the right amount of sweetness. Everyone at the party loved the cake. We are quite particular about our cakes and usually don't like buttercream or overly sweet frostings, so we opted for the whipped topping. Hire Villa Italia! My wife and I ordered their Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting for our wedding, and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone at the wedding raved about it. The designs on their website accurately reflect the quality of their products. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Villa Italia. A tip: it's essential to do a taste test, as we tried red velvet cake from another highly recommended bakery and could taste food coloring in it.

This place is unbelievable for a bakery. I called for a basic cake to be made the lady on the phone was rude and not helpful. The prices were outlandish as well. This place has gone down hill since they first opened.

Sofar I have tried a couple of others for cake but their cakes are not that good what quality I am getting from here is small pricey but you get what you paid for it.
