absolutely the worst food and service I have ever experienced. we had a party of 7 at 16:30. no soul. 30 minutes waiting for order. I have salat and no brot for 30 minutes. I had to hunt the waitress. ordered muscles and they were so old that it was afraid to eat. I didn't eat it. my mother ordered stromboli and it was extremely burned, unusable. the waitress never checked if we were fine. had to look for someone to repair the Stromboli situation and it was the owner. he rolled his eyes and sucked his teeth. the waitress never came back for an hour. had to find it for the desert menu. 30 minutes later, we asked for the scary, because she never came after the desert order. it wasn't until 19...
Best Italian. Period. Phil and his staff always make you feel welcome. Service is fantastic. Food is amazing. My favorite is Veal Milanese and Pasta Bolognese. Great family-run hidden gem just north of Allentown. Pizza, pasta and hoagies are all really good. Been here 4 times now and I can say for certain that we will be back repeatedly. Service is great, food is amazing and there is always plenty of seating, even when it's busy on Friday and Saturday nights.DO NOT eat a big lunch before you go! The portions are huge and you wont be able to stop yourself from finishing every bite you may need a gurney instead of a to-go box.
The food is pretty good. Our waitress was nice and did a good job. I just get annoyed when businesses lack integrity. We get our bill with an upcharge of 3.5% for using a credit card. I could care less about the extra money, but feel there was an underhanded nature to this extra charge. Unfortunately, we won't be back to patronize dishonorable business practices. much subpar food. Cut the menu in half and make the portions smaller and slightly cheaper. Third time was not a charm. Honestly, it's not much better than McDonalds. When told our food wasn't to warm and sauce was bland no one fixed the issue. But, I know how to. We won't be back!
