staff (the manager was the only staff actually) was unpolite in the beginning (improved later, however)the decoration was ok for a "fiesta" restaurant, however as the place was empty i cannot judge the "fiesta" athmosphere that the place can reach with more guestsdrinks were dissaponting. despite of a mexican manager, they were unable to prepare a proper michelada for which salt at the edge of the cup and ice are a must, but no salt or ice came. no dark beer available either. the spicy michelada sauce used was unsufficient and no lemon juice was added either. this is not what you can expect from a mexican restaurant with a mexican managercontrarily to other critics in tripadvisor , i found t...

The place is nice, good atmosphere and food, unfortunately I wouldn't call it popular nor cheap. First of all, apart from me and my colleagues, there were only two groups of people there, and after dinner they disappeared, so the place was completely empty afterwards. The thing I really didn't like was the bill. We ordered two plates of fajitas and few jars of margaritas and we had to pay almost 1000 CHF (we were around 12 people so it was around 77 CHF per person). I recommend to check the prices well before ordering...
casa loca has a great place with a lot close to street parking. great fun ambiance with upbeat music and very friendly staff. good margaritas and other drinks. this place really gets on Friday and Saturday night. private room for rent for functions. but stay away from the food, it is best to mediocre. if they are looking for Mexican food in zürich, then tres kilos is the way to go.
