We were excited to see a nicer restaurant open up in Bremerhaven especially since it is centrally located. The menu is typical for a German restaurant - nothing spectacular or unusual. What we found totally unacceptable is that we were told at the end of our meal that they do not accept credit cards. No where was that stated on the door or anywhere else. We were told that they had some "bad experiences with credit cards". Really? Anyway we had enough cash but would not go back again or recommend it to anyone else.
nice place, nice location, food okay but the noise in really unbearable if you sit in the conservatory with the good views. it is very loud when it is full of people, you can hardly hear your own word--the insulation must be VERY poor!
Having eaten here a few times the food has always been good. the service staff are always friendly and efficient. the general atmosphere is high class, reflected slightly in the price but its worth the slight premium you pay.
We went here both with a big sports team and for a lunch with just a few people another day.Food is quite good and the menu has a nice variety. Service is very friendly albeit a bit slow at times.Good location and nice decor.

While staying in Bremerhaven had the pleasure of eating at the Villa Seebeck one evening. The food was excellent, price reasonable and the service very professional. Beautiful evening on the out door veranda.
we felt very comfortable.Very nice, courteous operation, special requests were received without problems, super price-performance ratio. highly recommended...we like to come back.
