Peccato. La birreria è veramente bella, la birra buona e spinata bene, il cibo veramente buono. Peccato però che il servizio sia pessimo! Siamo arrivati che aveva finito di piovere da poco ed era uscito il sole, c'era un caldo pazzesco e siccome non c'era molta gente abbiam chiesto di poterci sedere fuori nel giardino all'ombra, ci è stato risposto in maniera seccata che non si poteva perché dovevano preparar i tavoli ed asciugarli e ci sarebbero voluti almeno 20 minuti o mezz'ora.... abbiam detto che non avevamo fretta e intanto ci saremmo fatti una birra al banco, ma niente da fare, sempre in malo modo ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo all'interno con sopra una vetrata in piena battut...
When you are in Villach and want food or beer this is a fantastic option. There are multiple rooms and bars and the service is pretty good. If you are English speaking they have employees that speak English as well as menus in English. I had the Goulash and it was wonderful, the flavors and spices were just right. The bowl was filling and a good price. I had a pint of the Villacher Marzen and the Villacher Zwickl. Both were good but the Zwickl was my favorite. It was unique, refreshing and great tasting.
This place is a great option for groups. The service is great, and the food is good. My venison ragout was excellent! My one gripe is that I guess I wish they had a better beer selection; I love beer, but I'm not a huge fan of Villacher. But on the upside it is super fresh! That is just my personal preference; the rest of my group stuck to pilsners and seemed pretty satisfied.
Ottima birreria in centro a Villach, al Biergarten anche con temperature alte si sta benissimo. Ottima birra ambrata della casa, Wienersnitzel e insalatona con speck gustose. Personale accogliente e veloce. Unico neo, troppi clienti italiani che si sentono i padroni del mondo. Ein prosit.

I (an American) wanted some real Austrian food during my visit and found this place delightful. Great FAST service (dish came out in about 5 minutes after ordering) and a delicious flavorful beef goulash with dumplings . Great job everyone!
War vor kurzem wieder dort . Das Essen war top und das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Gastgarten war zwar bis auf den letzten Platz voll, jedoch haben wir nicht lange auf das Essen warten müssen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.
good location between train station and old town. excellent local beer brewed on the grounds, accompanied by a good selection of Austrian foods. large parts. very friendly service and a separate card for vegetarians
personal excellent. they have a large selection of their own beer, brewed on the premiums. I choose the grill pan, that was average, chicken part was a joy, but both the pig and the kalbs was overcooked

Posto carino, personale gentile e cortese cibo tipico austriaco ma mediocre, poco gustoso. Il locale era pieno di persone. Questo ci ha fatto ben sperare ma in realtà siamo stati un po' delusi
