Village Inn - Réservation de table

My husband and I took our daughter out for lunch today and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. We decided to dine in the conservatory since the sun was shining. A charming young lady named Toni cleared our table, took our orders at the bar for both food and drinks, provided us with cutlery, and promptly brought out our meals. She even checked in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, which it was. The dishes were outstanding, freshly prepared, and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a wonderful lunch experience. Many thanks to Toni for making it so personalized. We will definitely be returning in the future.

3 of us had the bit of each Sunday roast yesterday, absolutely fantastic meal, lots of it with beautiful vegetables all cooked perfectly. Lots of extra gravy (bonus) without having to ask recommend this. Booking is a good idea, excellent staff, caring and friendly, will definitely visit again

Decent local pub, great for lunch or catch up with friends. Does big portion of pub grub, nothing fancy, but good. The conservatory is lovely for a drink and it has a good atmosphere on the weekends, with special nights. The garden is particularly good for summer evenings.

I stopped by for a drink after work and ended up staying longer to enjoy the lively atmosphere. Instead of taking food to go as planned, I opted for three starters from the pub menu. They were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it. Réservez une table maintenant

Reviewed and visited a few local pubs in the area and this by far wins it by a country mile. Sunday roast I haven’t had better anywhere, it was amazing. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. I now visit every Sunday for a roast dinner.

The Sunday Roasts at this restaurant are always top-notch. They offer a generous serving of meat and a wide selection of vegetables. The Chocolate Brownie was also delicious!

Travelled from Liverpool for an 18th Birthday great night, food was provided by the host and there was a premier inn at the top of the road which was ideal.

This village pub is fantastic, with a great location across from train and bus stops. They welcome dogs but could use more customers. Réservez une table maintenant

Good events, friendly owners and always a nice time down there. Slightly pricey though.
