Incredible hotel in a magical place. Both the rooms with mountain views and those with views of the interior garden are incredible: spacious and with everything you need to spend a few days. The spa is very good, and has a sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pools, Turkish bath, etc. It is very complete and they have massage service and different treatments (not included in the price of the room). The breakfast is simple, but it is quite good. The staff in general is very nice and answers all your questions.
Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The room is spacious with air condition (what was a big relief due to the big heat . The spa has a indoor pool, sauna (but only with swimwear allowed , steambath and a kneipp water treading facility. The garden is huge and it is a true bliss relaxing under the pine trees : The breakfast was very good there was a buffet and also a possibility to order different kinds of eggs.
I was able to enjoy the Spa and a brunch at the hotel. It is special because it is cozy, calm, and it is surrounded by pure and clean nature. Very friendly staff, very good food. Attended by its owner who, with her smile and simplicity, makes you feel at home. Thanks to my two little ones L, S and their families, for giving me the opportunity to enjoy that special environment. I will repeat one day, with hotel included.
Está en un lugar pacífico, haciendo frontera con el bosque de pinos; el trato al cliente y el servicio es de lo mejor; tiene un spa con su zona de masajes y la comida es espectacular. Food drinks: Una comida muy seleccionada y de gran calidad (para el desayuno puedes ir a recoger tu propio huevo para que lo cocinen a tu gusto en donde se encuentran las gallinas) .
A great place for physical relaxation and psychological reset! Silence, calmness, delicious healing air of pine trees at an altitude of one and a half thousand meters above the ocean! Beautiful hotel with excellent service, delicious food and a cozy atmosphere! Good spa and gym! Being in Tenerife, be sure to visit, at least take a walk and dine!
