We stayed here in November for a week. First impressions, nice entrance, only 15 mins from the airport, quick check in... We had room 415 twin with sea view and balcony. Room is a good size, comfy beds, bathroom ok, could do with an update but has a powerful shower and the waters hot. Food we went all inclusive. Nice choice of food at all meal times, relaxed dining area, waitress serves drinks to the table. Chef on the cooking station each night, plenty of choice and food is good. Pool area plenty of beds, pool was cold. Towels provided free of charge every day. Local area nice small shopping complex 2 mins away with a supermarket, bars and restaurants. Bus stop 10 mins away. Bus number 483 to los cristianos , takes 25 mins and cost €1.75 each, each way. There is a boardwalk along the sea front to the next town, and a walkway going the other way to the marina, both are nice walks and picturesque. There’s no doubt about it that the hotel needs updating. But... this didn’t affect our stay. The hotel is clean and that’s all that matters. Staff are friendly and helpful.
As a global traveller, mainly on business, I was looking forward to a week away with my family of 5. The photos and reviews lookes super. And then comes reality. Firstly, the staff are ignorant and lack customer service skills. The photos on the website do not match the actual accommodation. The family rooms are extremely small, so much so that my son has to use a table to keep his clothes on. This needs an overhaul of both staff and decoration. We were so appalled with our experience, we left after one night and found a more appropriate location, with which we are extremely happy. I have never had to do this in all my years of travelling. We had to pack up a family of 5, which as one might suspect, is no easy operation. STAY AWAY!!!
Very welcoming reception staff . Nurid was most helpful and organised the room we requested for our second visit to the hotel. All staff were helpful too. Yanira was a very bubbly she came up with very good games to play.Rooms are a good size and with the sound of the sea it is very restful with stunning views. Pool area is lovely as you look out to sea. Clean well layed out, it’s a pleasure to use. Only negative is the lack of English TV channels . We are returning soon.
