We recently relocated to West Scranton, found Vincenzo 's and it quickly became our go-to restaurant. The food has always been very good to excellent and the atmosphere made us feel very much at home. Having eaten here many times over the past 3 months, we have noticed a disturbing change since the end of July in the service. What had routinely been open, honest and communicative service has become a game of Russian roulette. Last night, Saturday 26 August 2023, we received what has to be the most offensive service we 've ever experienced anywhere. This includes restaurants across most of the US and over 15 foriegn countries. Our server was an abrupt, entitled and unpleasant jerk. Enough so...
I absolutely adore the food and atmosphere at this restaurant. Whether we order takeout or dine in, we always enjoy our meals. I can't get enough of their marinara sauce, my son loves their soup, my other son is a fan of the pizza, and my husband can't get enough of the onion ring sauce. They also offer fantastic monthly specials. Every dish is incredibly tasty! The staff is also exceptional - I have nothing but love for everyone who works there.
