I loved this place. Mostly everything I tried on the menu was delicious! I just ordered the Chickenzinger Burger and 2 bites in I was totally rejected. It tasted like a wet dog/salmonella would taste. It just tasted terrible and raw. I was so surprised how strong the taste was because chicken seems to be the safe option! If I had ordered this for a child, I would have been in trouble and had to pick up something else. I also ordered the chicken-shawarma plate. I was confused when the chicken tasted like goats and other animals. Again, chicken should be and taste like chicken... I called the restaurant because I couldn't eat anything from the chicken dishes I ordered and was wasting money and time and starving at that point. The chicken was fixed by lamb or goat fat. It says nothing about any other animal protein on the chicken Shawarma options. It was just a terrible surprise I didn't expect or enjoyed. Finally, the employees are all very rude. Like EXTREMELY rude. The one big and positive thing I will say is her mint lemonade is delicious and so is her baklava. Quality of food NOTICEABLY is not so great before Kovid.

tonight I ordered the vine to carry out and came to home and realized that there was no brot. Not only did they send someone to me, bring us brot, but they also contain an extra hummus and baklava. (and refused to tip us) excellent service and the best Arab food in st. louis. highly recommended.

the weebe has the best hummus and pita brot that I have ever had, and her lens soup is one of the best I have ever tried, I recommend this place for carnivores or vegan people that it is both great for it and I will be back and forth
