How could I explain my experience in this restaurant? Have you ever been discriminated against by people of the same race?We love to eat out and try new places, unfortunately this Sunday my family and I visited this restaurant that looked cozy but the attention was very poor sarcastic waiters. Order food for me, two children and an appetizer for my mom who was with us but had already eaten. My 4-year-old son greeted the waiter several times who completely ignored him, we asked what the squid was stuffed with? and he answered sarcastically stuffed! ... 4 plates ordered with jumbos garnelen, was sent regularly garnelen. When I asked the waiter, he said they ran out of jumbo garnelen and we would get a discount. bill came without discount. he asked the waiter on the discount and he said the manager would take $15 out of $700 bill. I asked to talk to the manager, but he was busy and instead offered a $30 discount. pays my bill and will never return. they obviously need the money more than me. annotation* Mother's Day I understand that most restaurants are busy and overwhelmed, but the service was terrible, the food took 1 1/2 to get out, and the food was dry and dirty. if a customer has a problem, I hope that the manager will find the time to...

we went to the Mother's Day we all know it's not the best day to eat. it was our first time there. we had reservations. the place is really beautiful. the personal works there. eating was good, it didn't take long to come, which is also a good thing, as it was packed. I heard great things about this place, but honestly I felt a little underwhelmed about eating. Maybe it was because of Mothertags, but when that came, I was not in fear. the prices were not very friendly, but today it is everywhere. I'll come back in a definitive way and hopefully there are 5 stars.

This was not my first time eating or ordering from this restaurant But, then again that was pre-covid. I was surprisingly disappointed with my order, the stuffed flounder was dry and over seasoned, the stuffing was not fresh. The asparagus was poorly cooked, not sure if it was fresh. We had the platter for 2. It was okay. But they didn't Devine the head on shrimp though. It was a bit of turn off to eat after seeing that. The calamari was too hard, our rice was undercooked. Luckily I order veggies as well so we were okay.

always amazing service and friendly staff. The food is so delicious, everyone enjoyed it. It’s our 3rd time here and it truly never disappoints. Keep up the great work everyone. We love supporting this small family owned business

Lovely food and atmosphere. The desert was my favourite. I wish the mains had more seasoning. Overall very cozy restaurant with tasty Portuguese food
