Vinny's Euro American

my partner and I stopped at vinny last night and came back from skiing in beaver creek. we sat and waited immediately. the waiter explained some of the options on the menu and answered our asking. the food is freshly cooked to order, so it takes a little more time to serve and it is worth waiting! the personal was thoughtful, attentive and made us feel like a family. eating was well cooked, nice to see and tasty! five stars restaurant, nicely prepared eating and a wonderful staff to serve it. they cannot ask for a better culinary experience.
