This small establishment serves exceptional thin crust cheese and sausage pizza—it's simply outstanding. I wish I could explore their other menu items, but I'm worried that they won't live up to the legendary thin crust. The pizza has just the right amount of sauce, a generous layer of cheese, and fantastic sausage. While it’s all subjective, I believe the seasoning is perfectly balanced as well. From now on, no other thin crust cheese and sausage pizza will compare!
I decided to check out this restaurant after hearing all the great reviews, and I'm really pleased that I did! I'm well-acquainted with Chicago Tavern-style pizza, and this spot certainly lives up to the hype. I'm giving it a full five stars! The sauce is amazing, and the sausage is perfectly cooked. It's honestly the best slice I've had in ages! Plus, for only $3, you get a huge slice – it's absolutely worth it!
This family-owned restaurant has a delightful little shop managed by the friendly son of the original owner. You can truly sense the tradition as soon as you walk in. Although my order was mixed up, I couldn’t address it right away because I arrived near closing time. Nevertheless, I'm definitely planning to come back for another visit soon.
The pizza was incredibly delicious, truly outstanding! I ordered a thin crust medium pepperoni pizza, and it was ready for pickup in just 15 minutes—fantastic! I tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago and it was such a pleasant surprise! I ordered the penne pasta with Arrabbiata sauce, and it was absolutely delicious! I’ve already been back and I plan to make this my go-to spot for pasta takeout. The portions are huge, too!
This restaurant serves some of the finest thin crust pizzas in the area. There are only a few places that genuinely embody the essence of Chicago Tavern style, and this is undoubtedly one of them. The staff is also remarkably friendly.
