Salimos con la intención de tomar un pincho en lugares que conocemos Valladolid, pero nos encontramos con filas largas y establecimientos cerrados por vacaciones. Al pasar por la calle Campanas el olor nos hizo entrar en este restaurante, con la gran suerte de conseguir mesa (era bastante tarde). Al ser cena, no pedimos mucho, pero desde luego disfrutamos de una ración de jamón y una txuleta que nos gustó mucho. Cenamos bien, sin pensarlo.
Buen lugar en el centro de Valladolid. Carbillas increíbles. El fin de semana debe ser reservado. Recomiendo criollo, lagartito brasa, pulpo... Emilio es la grieta del bar, te regañará y parece enojado pero es un gran y excelente profesional.
