William is hands down the nicest bartender I've ever met. I enjoyed a fantastic meal here tonight before heading through TSA. The smoked salmon and shrimp skewers were delicious. A wonderful experience at SeaTac!

The food options available before the security checkpoint are quite limited. During my visit, the place was busy but not overcrowded. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive.
