Virsa - Réservation de table

I have been getting the chicken tikka chasni at this restaurant since it opened for both dine-in and takeout. However, the quality has been declining. When I tried to call to address the issues, the staff hardly spoke English and did not understand my complaints. The rice was freezing cold, the chicken was undercooked with large pieces of raw meat, and the dish was overly oily. Additionally, the kids' nuggets and chips that I ordered did not arrive until an hour later, after we had already finished our meal. I recommend trying Karma Whitburn instead, as they always cook their food perfectly, it is served hot, and is more affordable than the food at this restaurant.

Really disappointed. We decided to try here instead of our usual place. We waited over 2 hours for delivery but due to the time of year we understood) Food arrived, missing item. Cold “tough” naan bread. Cold very soggy chips. And extremely bland plain curry. Mine was mild and husbands was supposed to be medium- there was no flavour of spice at all. Spent nearly £50 and didn’t even eat half of it. Really gutted, a lot of money to waste. We tried it but won’t be back sadly.

We received our delivery promptly, however, the food did not meet our expectations. The chicken pakora and rice were okay, but the chicken korma and chicken tikka masala lacked flavor and were watery. We will not be ordering from this Indian restaurant again.

Easily the best authentic Indian restaurant in West Lothian, food and presentation is fresh and top notch, staff are friendly, place is clean and tidy, i ploughed through the cocktail menu and walked home very satisfied and slightly drunk. Réservez une table maintenant
