"Poor customer service. Called ahead and they said ready for pickup in 1/2 hour, asked them to be sure and they still said 1/2 hour, was 20 mins later than 1/2 hour and 1 pizza was cooked at a different time than the other so one was cold."

This restaurant is very slow when it comes to making their pizza. I used to live nearby and there is a guy who works there who is rude and ignorant. They are also slow at taking orders and serving customers, causing people to wait much longer than they should. They told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes, but it took much longer. I was hired to work there but felt like my time, effort, and energy was being wasted. When I expressed my frustration, they treated me poorly and eventually let me go without explanation. I would not recommend dining at this restaurant as they do not value their employees or customers.
I ordered a pizza from this restaurant. Upon entering, the employee did not acknowledge me for a few minutes and then finally asked if I was there for a pick-up order, to which I confirmed. I waited for 10 minutes for my order, which was delivered in a pizza box with crushed tomato sauce on the side. The overall appearance of the place was unclean and disorganized, with pizza boxes scattered on one of the tables in the dining area. I will not be ordering from this place again. In terms of accessibility, this location is accessible as it is on ground level.
The restaurant owner is extremely dishonest. He hires young employees and when they quit, he refuses to pay them for the hours they worked and is very disrespectful. The workers who make the pizzas do not use gloves to handle the food, and the owner does not provide gloves or utensils. My relative briefly worked there and was shocked by the unsanitary conditions where the pizza dough is stored. They are not required to wash their hands after handling the pizza with their bare hands. The authorities have been informed.
no wonder why it is not full! they pay $17 for a small pizza. he hanles money and then he uses his hands without washing them to cheese and other ingredients on the pizza supplement! never again give my business to this place! they do not charge their customers' premium and then they do not consider any hygiene. besides that, slow service, and pizza was under average
Food is amazing and the older gentleman who made our food was amazing and very friendly. 2 starts for the cleanliness of the place and the for the management to put one staff at 430pm dinner time to take phone order, online orders and in person orders! One person in not enough and please don't cheap out and add some staff. I will be back and hope they add support.
My nephew bought a pizza from there the other night (more then 1) and dropped one off to me. Needless to say it was totally inedible and ended up in the garbage. To me it wasn't cooked properly even though the edges showed a bit of burnt. The topping just slide off. Sorry to say never again.
This crispy thin pie from it's authentic Italian stone oven imported from Italy, is handmade to your pizza customization preferences. The pizza is a perfect balance with not too much cheese and the perfect amount of sauce. This is a perfect pie that, in my opinion, is the best in Ontario.
Perhaps our favourite hand made pizza place in Pickering. Been going here periodically for a few years. Tonight we did pick up (still no dining in allowed) of a custom pizza ordered online. It was ready in just over 30 minutes just as expected and was delicious also as expected.
