As far as categories go and hotel reward programs I am Silver with Marriott, Diamond with Hilton, Platinum with Hyatt, Gold for life with SPG, and Spire with IHG. This is not my first rodeo. I checked into the Crowne Plaza, great staff at the front. Very knowledgeable, attentive and professional. I was upgraded due to my status to a suite. Thank you. I was even given a drink coupon for a free beverage. Thank you. I went to the bar, the male wait staff came over and he asked what I would like. I said I would need a menu. He gave me one. I think Visibility deserves a higher rating than its current 3.3. While the service can be hit or miss, which is typical for hotel bars, they feature a solid beer selection, even if it’s not outstanding. The restaurant’s menu is quite impressive overall. That said, I do miss the old Rickenbacker’s.
Visibility is a hotel bar located between the pool and a hallway, making it long and narrow. When the kids are screaming in the pool, you can definitely hear it inside the bar. I’m not sure why it’s called Visibility, as there are no views—just an interior hotel hallway.
I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious my margarita pizza was—I ended up eating the entire thing! The service was excellent; even during a brief power outage caused by the snowstorms, the staff remained attentive and friendly. I'll definitely return!

Great service with a solid selection of beers and cocktails for a hotel bar. The atmosphere is pleasant, and being right next to the pool means it can get a bit noisy and have that chlorine scent at times.
I was charged more than expected, and the staff was rather unfriendly. The restaurant next door, Caddyshack, is far better.
The drinks are enjoyable, but a bit overpriced, which is typical for a hotel bar.
Drinks and food were good, service was static but place was crowded.
