I want to reflect my honest opinion in this review as always. the company itself is great and eating is very delicious. I have given this place several chances for good service before I write an evaluation because I understand that (some) companies try to improve in running the time. If you want to welcome hospitable, don't come here. if they try to order in advance, do not disturb because it will not be ready. I put an order through the app by 1:37 clock, say pick-up time would be 2:05, I came there at 2:10, and they told me that they were on my order start. it is worse that I was crunchy on a time and in huge letters there is a sticker that reads “no refunds or returns”. they told me that...
I’ve eaten here a few times and it hasn’t disappointed me. I’m a new vegetarian and there are some absolutely delicious foods to try on the menu. Elon is awesome and she explains everything in detail to me of what I can and can’t have due to diet restrictions, I appreciate you girl!!?? also just spoke to the owner of the company and he’s very pleasant and professional. He Listened to my concerns and I completely agree with the steps he is taking to help his team become and stay successful. A business owner is suppose to serve as a mentor and I’m pleased and confident that this place will be successful.
I’m not sure why it took over 15mins to make one medium size smoothie. Then I had a coupon from the app for them to scan in store and someone in the back who was making smoothies said they couldn’t scan anything right now so they didn’t honor it so disappointing . Poor customer service I won’t be coming back and I will tell everyone I know not to come here !
Great to see a place like this in West Orange. The quality was high and those making my bowl understood no chicken or cheese and made me a wonderful vegan bowl. Would like to see eco-friendly take-away packaging like Hungry Pants has. All in all a great experience.
