After a long time, I was once again in the Vitalpark Heiligenstadt. I am traveling in many thermal spas in Thuringia and Germany. Even before Corona was very often bathing and sauning in the vital park, there was nothing to complain about. But now: 1. In the shower area the ventilation has pulled too much that it frothes. 2. Air temperature and water temperature in interaction too low. All children had blue lips. 3. Strudel flow once per hour for 2 minutes. 4. 3 bathmasters partially drink coffee together in the office and dillern on mobile phone. No bathmaster at the pool area for almost an hour. 5. We spent a weekend here. Everything is quite practical, our comfort room was clean and cozy. The spa is rather small and very cold. For us it was a pity that there are no separate pools, such as pools for day visits and pools for hotel guests. Right Hotel Flair was not so right for a one-time visit but ok. The extra charge for the comfort room is not justified, for us comfort looks different. Breakfast is large and has a good variety of offers, yet point deduction, the hot thecke was in my opinion to “cold” rather lukewarm, the bacon dry. The staff is doing a good job, a little more enjoyment of being done would be desirable. On the whole air is still possible.
It is not recommended. Too many visitors in the sauna area but not enough loungers. We booked swimming and sauna. Very complicated everything. We didn't know where to go with our baggage because there weren't any bigger racks. We wanted from the sauna to the bathing landscape or otherwise we had to go through the shower cabins each time. There are no rest rooms. All only passes where left and right lying stand menu in the sauna area left to wish. Since there was no salad, we ordered yogurt with fruit. Canned fruits were served to us. All in all our expectations were not fulfilled shame somehow I had better remembered it
I am a long-term regular guest and not in agreement with the latest development! Why are the increasing operating costs trying to switch to drinks and parking? Or do you really want to explain to me that a price increase of 1 Euro/Radler is appropriate? Why can't I charge the parking fees with the drinks in the sauna? Unfortunately unsuitable for stretching out! From about 5 pm there are masses of local sauna diners that take the entire plant into a beer line. In the cakes that take place hourly, you will get only one place in the evening when you enter the cabin 15 minutes before. The deck chairs are mostly in the halls and remind me of a crowded Feldlazarett. I'm not going back there.
No place to relax. 1. Overfilled, guests block the beds with towels according to the Mallorca principle. 2. Getting an infusion is difficult as guests are in 15 minutes before. 3. Gastronomy is fine, but we have not been told that there is 3€ deposit on the glasses, although we have brought back the glasses. We noticed. 4. Very old and quite unpleasant. Wouldn't go back.
My review refers exclusively to the baby pool. There it was totally dark. So completely unilluminated. What's really not nice on a dark rainy day. In addition, most “water attractions” in the basin were simply switched off. No functioning water pump, etc. Unfortunately, you pay for it.
The bathroom is okay if you are away from a urinal sometimes, this is only for weeks not to fix only eclig) Then drive by car. There's a parking lot. This is only used for the bathroom and the hotel. But you still pay parking fee only the entire abscess!!! Réservez une table maintenant
