Being from Colorado now and visiting NJ, there were zero Mexican restaurants when I grew up in NJ back decades ago. So, at the end of our trip, we figured, why not? Let’s try a Mexican place close to Newark since we were flying out of there. This place was very good, had decent salsas red and green, guacamole was on point, and our meals were good. The chicken and carne asada were a bit under marinated, but that is not uncommon for a basic place. Service was very good, menu has many choices. Looked like they do a huge delivery service as many orders were flying out the door. If you want a decent local New Jersey Mexican place (who knew? give it a try.
Wow, what a legit Mexican and family atmosphere, under new ownership I was eating alone and they made guacamole on the table. Im usually not a big fan of tacos lately because all the other places the taste is kind of boring. This place the al pastor is deliciously seasoned along with the perfect amount of vegetables. After moving from New York to New Jersey, I was eager to try this highly-rated Mexican restaurant with a 4.8-star review. Unfortunately, the food was bland and lacked authentic Mexican flavors, falling short of my expectations. Having tasted many tacos, these were among the worst I’ve had. BurritoDriven past this place so much but never tried... So upset that I didn't go sooner.I just bought their beef burrito...Uhm... Yummy!!! Huge!!! Yes they fill it with rice but it still has so much flavor. I was so happy that I can't wait to try they other dishes.I have yet to find a decent authentic taco so can't wait to try it here.

The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. I ordered the mixed tacos, and they were delicious! The wait time was a bit longer than expected, but I understand that it’s because everything is made fresh to order, and it really was worth the wait. I will definitely be returning!
Terrible service. I placed my order, but it never came. When I called, they informed me that they didn't have a driver and that I would need to go in person to get my refund! I'll never order from them again. If I hadn't called, I would still be waiting. Absolutely awful customer service!
Yesterday I bought here but this time the food was not good the meat smelled expired and I ate some and then I got diarrhea at night, that means I got food poisoning after eating food from here, I used to buy here and it was always very tasteful but this time I don't know what happened.
The food is decent overall, but the salads and guacamole leave much to be desired. They often appear to have been sitting around for quite a while. Guacamole is meant to be green, isn't it? The same goes for the lettuce.

Food is good and not too pricey. The only recommendation is to order way ahead of when you want the food. They take upwards of 25 minutes to prepare order.
The burrito was the size of a NFL football and filled me up as someone who is 6 feet and 201 pounds. Definitley recommend and the prices are fair
