Staff are very good, helpful and polite. Surroundings are clean and bright with a retro American feel. The burgers are average in size and taste, they are served on a plastic tray with the accompanying fries spread across the tray on a piece of paper, for the price paid I would have preferred a plate(even at fast food outlets you get a disposable box, not just a plastic tray). The trays had water drops on them, I can only assume that they had been cleaned and not dried properly, either way does not seem very hygienic. The chicken is very processed to the point that it has a pressed wood texture and pretty tasteless. I can only say that this place is average.
This would be a one star review.... We saw viva the show... For free! As part of a promotion. It was brilliant. The singers and performers are brilliant and I would usually without reservation recommend them if it wasn't for the terrible bar staff. Let me just say there are waiters that will deliver drinks to the table and they are fantastic but do not venture to the bar.... Even though there are 8 to 10 people behind it... And I was the only customer they will go out of their way to be rude. I will never go to this place again. I cannot believe that the owners don't review their bar staff. Never again.
We had a fabulous time at this restaurant the other night. The service was excellent and the modern twist on an American diner in vibrant purple decor was beautiful. The milkshakes were delicious, the Flamingo Burger was tasty, and the ribs were generous in portion (although the BBQ sauce was a bit overpowering for our taste, some diners may prefer it that way to avoid complaints of being stingy).
fab time here in the other night. great service, beautiful modern take on american diner in smart purple. milkshakes were spicy, flamingo burger were tasty and the rippchen was fulsome (bbq sauce was a little exaggerated, but others might have thought it was not enough so better for us to remove some than diners complain about stinginess. would definitely go back and recommend to everyone

Great night with entertainment and great service. A freshly prepared meal and a drink. Right by the sea you can simply jump on and off the tram or bus. Nice to enjoy a fun evening with friends.
