For a food establishment smack dab in the middle of so many other restaurants I find myself choosing Vivi’s over the others in search for a better overall food experience. Their San Francisco Omelette is PEAK PERFECTION and their burgers are so unique and refined… I put Vivi’s Burger in the top contenders for best burger in the county. I’ve had burgers from all around the world and Vivi’s burger has such a signature taste accompanied by her perfectly seasoned fries… It is in my top 3 Burgers easily. Vivi and her staff are also so welcoming and kind that it is just icing on the cake of PEAK serv...
Had a very nice breakfast. They cook to order and allow you to substitute. Really caring, gave us free fruit cups as treat. Has shared outdoor seating which I prefer in these times and menu full of variety. Quality food and fair prices. I recommend.Parking: Handicap available
What an amazing breakfast experience, the french toast was perfect and the chocolate chip pancakes were perfectly spaced with chips! My omelette was a perfect texture and moist/flavorful! Did I mention the BACON?!??!
First time going to Vivi's. I will 100% be coming back. Next time with the whole family. Staff were welcoming and incredibly kind. The food is delicious and the portions are great.

Food was ok but not great. Corned Beef Hash and Eggs was more potatoe than corn beef.
