This was my first time trying Vietnamese food and I was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit overwhelmed with the menu at first, but the pictures and reviews were very helpful. I ended up ordering the #1 dish and the bahn mi BBQ chicken sandwich. Next time, I will make sure to ask for the steak in the #1 dish to be well done, as I prefer my steak cooked thoroughly. The bahn mi sandwich was delicious, with a nice crunch from the bread and fresh toppings. I had a very disappointing experience tonight at this restaurant. The quality and portion size of my pho soup were not up to par. I ordered a medium soup, but when it was brought to my table, the portion looked more like a small and lacked broth. The same issue occurred with my boyfriend's large soup, which looked more like a small or medium. There was no sriracha chili sauce available, and the hot sauce provided was terrible. I had to ask four times for a refill of water, and it felt like the staff disappeared after taking our order, as they were constantly on their phones. This is my absolute favorite place to go in the world! I visit here every week, sometimes 3-4 times a week. The staff knows me well, and as soon as I walk in, they already know what I'm going to order and put it in right away! I love this place and the employees so much. My go-to dish is the large shrimp pho with extra onions, which is my signature order. The R31 (beef and rice) is also a close second for me. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.
This place has the best Vietnamese food on the south side but past couple visits, this place stinks!!! Smells like a blend of sewage/rotten meat! They need to do something, it’s not normal! We visited this restaurant for the second time yesterday, and once again, the food was excellent. Our son, who loves PHO, recommended it to us so we had high expectations. The only small issue we had was that the servers didn't give us enough time to review the menu before coming to take our order. It felt a bit odd, but that's a minor complaint. We will definitely be returning again in the future!
We have been regular customers at this restaurant for five years now. My Vietnamese friend introduced us to their sandwiches, which we instantly loved. Since then, we have been exploring the menu and have always had a great experience. Sometimes there is a language barrier at the front counter, but you can always point to the pictures to communicate. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Simply love this place! Service is quick. Food is hot. I generally order the shrimp pho and fried pork rolls. My only complaint would be tgat they never come back to check on you after you get your food and drink, so you better get everything with youroriginal order. If you do happen to catch a waiter they are happy to bring it, but I have never had them voluntarily ask.
People in Clayton county have been raving about this place for years and I finally had the chance to go (I see what the hype is about). The restaurant is cozy and clean, service is great, and the food is tasty and has large portions. Looking forward toreturning. Réservez une table maintenant
