Our hotel made us a reservation for the restaurant. It had more offerings than many of the smaller Weinstuben around, but it was also a little more expensive. The food was great and the waiter was trying very hard to impress us with his English. He always said thank you or you are welcome before we ever addressed him. Other than that the service was great. The food was wonderful and well prepared. Eat here if you want a more expansive traditional German menu.

we start with the good things first. very friendly service and beautiful location. but the big bit given the price that eating is on average to its best. the wild garlic soup with garnel was solid. close the tomato, gurkenwassermelone salat and burrata...for tasteless. we had grilled (not sure) gold head with the skin not crisp at all and an average kartoffel au gratin. the lamb fillet was good. as I said, eating was okay, but not worth the price.

I have myself in this restaurant before approx. 20 years learned and separated me from the chief in the bad. you can like the chef or not just his sweetest as sauciers are incredibly good and better as in many star restaurants. I still regularly go to eat there to reserve about my friend and can clearly recommend a visit for a good meal. small scale. a modernization would be slow, especially in the sanitary facilities. a very nice local with a very appealing courtyard. eating is excellent, the wee of course also and the service extremely attentive. we were delighted and satisfied. Just top!
