Overall experience was ok but the food wasn't the best as many of the dishes were super salty which I did feedback to our waiter. Like the marron in the soup broth. Marron was fresh and yummy but over powered by the salty broth. Same for the sauce that was under the slice of wagyu beef. Some of the palate cleaners like the blueberry sorbet was like eating jam and I felt had a bit too much vinegar. The quince and beetroot cleanser as well could be toned down a bit. Favourite dish was the soy pudding with cucumber balls and caviar as well as the kangaroo meat without the salty sauce. Dessert was souffle and nutmeg lamington which was delicious. A beautiful wholesome experience. Everyone had a job and they got it done. From the welcoming, to being seated, food and drinks arriving was seamless. Each dish was brought out by various kitchen staff and talked you through the dishes. Fergus made a excellent wine pairing for us, allowing it to be specialised and personalised from local wines to wines from around the world. It was amazing seeing the city view from the afternoon to sunset and then getting to enjoy a cocktail in the Lui Bar to finish off. A massive thanks to the whole team for an incredible experience. An experience that I hope to get to do again!

Food was extraordinary Staff in the restaurant were 10/10 other than the sommelier who wasn’t interested in us, so a 5 for him The other thing that amazed us, was when we weren’t being sever in the bar, I went to the bar and asked for a Marsanne and I was asked if that was a red or a sparkling

Wonderful attentive staff with smiles. They looked after us from the moment we sat down. Did not feel rushed at all. It was fantastic to be invited into the kitchen and meet the team.
