See this restaurant on Restaurant Hunter on Fios 1st yesterday evening. The food was excellent. We shared the aubergines Parmegiano appetizer. It was fantastic. We'd have ordered two. We told the owner Michael, we wanted us to order it as a duck, it was soooo good. The salad with apples and candied pecans was also top notch with exactly the right amount of dressing. The Margarita pizza and the volcanic pizza were the best oven pizza I had. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the food, very friendly and gave us the right amount of attention. From food to service to very friendly owner Michael we gave him 10 out of 10. I recommend you try Volcano 081. We come back with many friends.

My prayers were answered. I'm a Long Islander. Why do I have to go to Brooklyn or NYC to get a dissent pizza? This is no longer the case. Here in the Rockville Center you get authentic wood stove pizza. And what a pizza it is. A true Italian born and trained cook that makes real wood-burning pizzas. The cook is directly from the kitchens and pizzas of Naples. It won't be more authentic than that. Love love the place. Go before the word is spread.

Treat my mother here for birthday dinner! My dad's Christmas in town and I'm gonna take him to this fabulous restaurant too! Consistently large pizza, steak, shrimp, pasta... yum, yum, yum

Chef Michael hit it out of the park! Had our holiday company dinner there and everyone was extremely pleased. The shrimp/risoto dish was to die for

Really terrific. Way more than a pizza place. Home made pasta. Really knowledgeable and friendly server.
