I had a very frustrating experience at Waba Grill. The service is lacking, and my orders are often incorrect. Recently, I ordered a family meal that was supposed to include an extra 10 dumplings, but they were missing when I got home. When I brought it up, I was accused of being mistaken. I also tried calling to address the issue, but there's never any answer, which has become a common occurrence. Despite giving them multiple chances, they can't seem to get it right. They have failed to fulfill my entire order before, run out of cabbage for the veggies, and now they forgot my chili sauce even after I specified my preferences. I've reached my limit. The food is excellent, just like the atmosphere. However, the service needs improvement. We arrived at Waba Grill around 7:00 PM on Sunday, and suddenly the managers locked all the doors at 7:25 PM. We started to worry about what we would do in case of an emergency. Additionally, more than six customers left because the doors were locked, even though the posted closing time is 8:00 PM and it was barely 7:40 PM. Other patrons were looking at us, seemingly asking if we could open the door. I helped one person get in, but overall, while everything else here is great, the management is really lacking.
The worst service ever. And they always mess up the order. I just picked up a family meal with an additional 10 dumplings.. get home and there's no additional 10 dumplings. But they charged me. I tried calling and of course... no answer. They always dothis. I still give the business a chance but they never get it right. First they can't do my full order... then they have nocabbage for the veggies and now the dumpling... and to top it off no chili sauce when they ask me what I wanted. I'm so donewith them. You guys are the worst. Don't waste your money!!!
This is the third time in a row that I've ordered a chicken bowl with avocado, and for the third time, there’s no avocado included. What’s going on? Charging me for avocado when I don’t receive any is unacceptable. Please train the cooks to read the orders correctly. I usually don’t complain, but come on, Waba, you’re better than this!

The employees at this location seem to be consistently unreliable. It's essential to check your order bag before leaving the drive-thru, as they frequently get my orders wrong, despite multiple attempts to give them another chance.
Cabbage tasted odd. Like it?s been sitting out for long. I had huge pieces of the the beef. Not chopped out. Overall dissatisfied. Save yourself the time and money.
I ordered through DoorDash and my food was undercooked. The chicken was raw, my family and I got food poisoning. Will never order from this location again.

I absolutely enjoy the food here, but I consistently find myself waiting quite a while when I place orders through the ride service.
Love the food but always a wait while ordering via the drive through.
