Waba Grill - Réservation de table

I placed my order and when it was time to pay, the cashier handed me my change in a way that felt somewhat off. I've never experienced anyone giving change to me quite like that before; he seemed to be rushing and it left me with an uneasy feeling. I decided to check my receipt, and while I did, I noticed that the cashier, who was washing his hands, had given me an incorrect amount of change. He then admitted, “Oh, I think I shorted you a quarter.” While I understand that mistakes can happen and it's not a huge issue, I found it concerning that he was aware of his mistake but didn't take the time to provide the correct change initially. I often place orders ahead of time, and they are usually ready for pickup. However, I find it inconvenient that I still have to wait in line to collect something I've already paid for. The whole point of ordering in advance was to skip the line, so that's my only complaint. Other than that, it's a great spot for a quick meal.

I called in my order, super disappointed. Customer service is missing here. My rice and my bowls were very dry, even a bit in some carved pieces. For the first time in this special Waba grill. Please retrain your employees.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly, Josh is very attentive and salt of earth personality. The food is always correct and never dry. There are other places to eat, but this is my place! Cheers! Réservez une table maintenant

The food and customer service here are fantastic! While the food may take a bit longer to come out at times, it's definitely worth the wait. Overall, an amazing experience!
