On September 17th I visited this location for what will be my last time. I am thoroughly disgusted by the service I received and it is clear this location?s target demographic. I went in for a BOGO chicken bowl at the height of what would be the dinner rush, 5pm. I had an in app coupon which, if you?re familiar with their app, expires rather quickly once selected. I was rung up by a young man who was confused from the jump. He did not speak English... like at all. When I showed him I had the app he looked confused and called over a young woman to assist. She had me scan the code and I had to explain that it was even an app. How do you not know that the company you are employed by has an app...
I had a very disappointing experience at Waba Grill. On April 2, 2022, I arrived around 1:40 PM and was not greeted at all. After waiting a few minutes for my order, I attempted to get the attention of a staff member, but she simply walked away while the kitchen staff were laughing. I found myself wondering if I had done something to upset them. It was embarrassing to just stand there. Unfortunately, this was one of those days that continued to get worse, and this experience was the tipping point for me. I won’t be returning. Thanks for nothing, Waba Grill!
horrible service, I get there today 4/2/22 around 1:40 pm. no one greets me, im waiting for my order to be taken for a few minutes and i try to get the girls attention.. she just walks off and the guys are just laughing in the kitchen. Did i dosomething to them before?? Like what was the reasoning no one could help me. I ended up leaving looking like a fool. Was alreadyhaving a bad day now that was the nail in the coffin. Never coming here again. Thanks for nothing waba grill!
This place does an excellent job! The vegetables and salads are of higher quality compared to similar restaurants, and the rice is generous with tender meat and a delicious sauce. It’s a very healthy option, and I loved the half orange that came with it, along with the add-on option for avocado. The food is not only tasty but also reasonably priced. The staff is really nice, in my opinion. I’ll definitely be coming back many times. Thank you! Réservez une table maintenant
We ordered two teriyaki bowls with onion and both came without onion. It was ordered through Ubereats and we arrived before 8 but the door was locked and they didn?t let us in. They ignored us for a minute before coming to give us our food. The man quickly gave the bag and locked the door before I could check the order to be correct or to ask for extra sauce. They were rude and negligent.
