I recently placed order number 732423795 and didn’t receive all the items I had paid for. The staff acknowledged it was their mistake and promised to leave a note for the manager to process my refund. After waiting three days, I was then told I would receive a complimentary meal as compensation for the error. I drove all the way to the restaurant, only to be treated as if I were begging for food, when all I wanted was my refund. Ultimately, I was told to wait for my refund, and I felt my time had been wasted and that I was humiliated in front of others due to the apparent lack of communication among the employees and management. Terrible service. I placed a mobile order around 9:40 AM, shortly after the location opened at 9:30 AM. When I arrived to pick up my food, the person at the register told me there was no cook and to come back at 10:30 AM. I was patient and understanding, but when I returned, the cook said the rice wasn’t ready and asked me to come back in another 30 minutes. I ended up waiting almost an hour after opening. The cook then asked me to wait even longer. When I requested a refund, he refused, claiming he couldn’t issue one, even though I know he could. I kept insisting that I didn’t want to wait any longer and just wanted my money back because I had to leave. This was the worst service I’ve ever...

The food here is really good, but the service could use some improvement. I applaud the cashiers for managing everything by themselves, as they handle tasks from the register to preparing the bowls. However, it's evident that at least three staff members are needed, especially during busy times. The weekends are the most hectic, yet there are only two people on duty! Come on, manager, you really need to listen to your customers' feedback!

Just order the shrimp plate to go, when ready to eat at home I see it has less of everything, not even a complete salad portion just one fork serving, the shrimps taste sour. Have eaten at others Wabas and nothing compare to this one really disappointed. Not coming back here.

Extremely slow service. It’s been 20 minutes since I received the SMS notification that my online order was ready, yet I’m still waiting. This is the second time in a row this has happened. Please stop misleading customers about wait times. Completely unacceptable!
The food was excellent, and the server was friendly and courteous. I will definitely return for the chicken bowl meal!
