I was warmly welcomed as soon as I entered the restaurant. Misael assisted me with my order, and by the time I received my receipt and card back, the kitchen staff had already prepared my meal. While I was eating, Misael made it his priority to ensure I had a pleasant dining experience, checking in to see if I needed anything. Waba Grill in Covina offered the best customer service I've ever encountered at any fast food chain, from their friendly demeanor to the prompt service. The food was also delicious!
Unfortunately, my wife accidentally left her purse behind, so we returned on Wednesday morning. Thankfully, Dulce was still there and was genuinely happy to see my wife again. She quickly returned the purse to her, which we really appreciated.

I want to extend a huge thank you to the cashier who was exceptionally accommodating with my special request for a diabetic meal—no carrots and no sauce in my bowl. The entire team was fantastic! My food was fresh, delicious, and precisely what I ordered. I would give them 100 stars!
My husband treated me to lunch, and I ordered the Sweet Spicy Chicken Bowl with vegetables. It was absolutely delicious! Jaylene and the entire staff were amazing. The indoor seating was tidy, and the service was really welcoming. Thanks for a wonderful lunch!

This is the only Waba Grill location I prefer for getting my food. The staff is friendly, and the food is freshly prepared.
The flavors are delightful and the prices are reasonable; however, it would be great to have more vegetables included.
The food was amazing, and I would definitely go back. Plus, the convenient location near my home is a big plus!
