Wacker's Steakhouse

This restaurant is located off the beaten track from Basel in a small town called Reinach. It is across the street from the International School of Basel and can be reached by tram 11 from Marketplatz or the train station. The ride is about 20 minutes. The food is excellent. One of us had grilled shrimp, another had a wienerschnitzel and the third had another type of veal dish. All of them were served with fresh vegetables and a starch. We had the small portions, but they seemed like regular portions to us. We couldn't imagine the size of the large plates! If you want to eat well in an area that is outside of city center, this would be a good choice.

nice local and service. Eating is really good. but both don't get off the stool, especially at the price. a good local anyway, without asking.

the personal is very friendly. the food medium, the atmosphere enchanting. here you could get out more with good expert knowledge.

worst cup of cuppacino ever, best described as black hot water……………………….! impossible to drink yet cannot afford not to!

Reis casimir we ordered was disgusting. Couldn't eat it. Portions big but very poor quality. ..never again
