I visited this restaurant on a wet rainy day. We were seated in a glass enclosed area with a warm wood stove going which must have fabulous views were the weather bright and sunny. We ordered waffles and coffee and were served by a very pleasant young man. We were served huge waffles, with a mountain of whipped cream and some jam to eat with our waffles. Huge steaming mugs of hot coffee and milk accompanied our afternoon snack which immediately took away the chill from our bones after visiting the nearby castle and walking in the drizzle of rain to find a place to eat.As we waited to pay for our meal, I stood by a tall glass case which displayed a variety of other cakes and delicacies offere...

beautiful opportunity for a cozy stop at schloss burg. besides the great selection of sweet and hearty waffles as well as delicious cakes, the mountain coffee table is especially recommended. order the original variant: very rich. the stay is rounded off by a cozy ambiente and a very friendly service!

this is where the waffel heart beats. ;-) it is offered a large selection of waffeln, sweet and hearty. there are also other tasty things like cakes and pancakes. we tried the waffels and were thrilled. we like to come back.

I always like to go to the waffel house, even once on my own. I always order the dinkelwaffel with mirabellen or rhabarbercomott. when my man comes with he orders the salty pizzawaffel, also highly recommended!
